0

Few days back my web host changed my server and told me the site is up. I checked many times, cleared browser cache, hit Ctrl+F5 to get recent page but the website was not showing up. All I was encountering an error message:

“This webpage is not available.”

Some countries block specific websites, so users from those countries cannot visit that website. They also get the same message that webpage is not available. This error message will also appear when the website is actually down. This could also be a security software, network, ISP or region error that might be blocking the website for you.

So how do you find out whether website is up or not? How can you find out that the website is actually down or is blocked for your country or anything else is happening with the website.
